瑪麗亞凱莉新專輯《她去買把笛》(Touch My Body，暫譯)最近要發行了。這專輯譯法屬於不正經路線，原創意來是PTT網友。瑪麗亞姊姊的專輯，我可是在1992年就買了(還是買卡帶)她的同名專輯和《Emotion》，無數少男如我，完全如癡如醉到不行。她在《音樂盒》中的熱門人氣歌曲「Hero」，更是讓無數男生愛女生唱。當年沒有全民英檢英文檢定考，但每個人都把這首歌當檢定考般學起來唱。堪稱無人不知無人不曉，連府城王記賣粽的阿伯也會哼，足見流行音樂芭樂起來的話，絕對是無人能擋。
瑪麗亞凱莉是我心目中的頭號女神，她的高三十六度嗓音讓海豚音成為飆高音的基準點。但在她前不知幾任男友摩托羅拉拋棄她之後，入主新頭家EMI時壓力過大，一邊演電影又要錄唱片，打造她個人的音樂電影，最後成了笑話，發神經耍大牌自殺的事不絕於耳。關於那部片，相信還是無數瑪麗亞凱莉迷心中的惡夢。在此我也不多提了。
還好，她轉戰了環球，拋去昔日在新力時代的抒情主攻路線，與時下流行的嘻哈饒舌合而為一，昔日的歌界女皇找回信心與實力，嗓音與賣氣都成正比恢復，2005年的《天后再臨》真的讓她回來了。
瑪麗亞凱莉被媒體攻擊如此，壓力肯定大到爆。但她還能重新歸位，而喜歡拿放大鏡檢視她各種舉動的媒體現在仍舊不會放過她，諷刺的是，我也成了幫兇一份子。
下筆時鬱卒頭痛，但也常被她怪異而好笑的新聞逗得樂不可支。再怎說，她還比不上把老被媒體轟開心的麥可傑克森。
